1. The $35.00 fee includes DDGB placing the order with the supplier, receiving the firearm in the shop, and the background check. Additional research, shopping or paperwork by DDGB personnel can increase the fee.

2. If the customer decides to have us place the order and the gun is in stock and ready to ship, the customer will pay the $35.00 (nonrefundable) fee, the supplier-quoted price, and the estimated shipping cost (to be settled at closing) at the time of order.

3. If the customer is declined by CBI, or cancels the order for any reason (other than non-compliance of the supplier or DDGB to meet the terms of the original agreement), the $35.00 fee is non-refundable. Shipping & handling, both ways, & any labor or restocking charges will be deducted before the balance is returned to the customer.

4. The customer will need to pick up his firearm within 48 hours of being notified of its arrival. A $5.00/day storage fee will be charged after that first 48 hours.

5. The customer is responsible for any problems including, but not limited to, damage or exchange with the manufacturer.

6. The customer waives his/her right and ability to stop payment on checks or credit cards.

7. The customer agrees to an additional 3% charge on credit card orders.

8. The customer receives a 20% discount for engraving on all purchases made through DDGB.

9. CUSTOMER PROTECTION CLAUSE: When the customer is given a quote, including shipping, and fees, he/she will have the option of either placing the order at that time, or declining to do so at that time. If the customer places the order he/she also, then, agrees to the quoted price. If while waiting for delivery, the supplier or DDGB change any terms, for whatever reason, the customer will have the option of cancelling with a full refund or agreeing to the new terms, in which case the new terms will take effect and the order will proceed under the new terms.
