2) DDGB is not involved with the sale or transfer of weapons involved with the classified ads. It is the buyer and sellers responsibility to ensure all legal requirements are met prior to any sale or transfer of ownership transaction according the laws and regulations of the applicable state and the United States code. DDGB is not responsible for any mis-identified or mis-leading advertisements that may occur due to untrustworthy individuals. Users/viewers of this service are strongly encouraged to validate all transactions prior to exchange of funds or weapons to prevent likliehood of fraudulent activity.
3) When purchasing a weapon through DDGB with the exclusive $35 deal, we are involved with the sale, processing, and transfer of weapons. In this later capacity, we do complete all legal and required checks as an authorized and licensed firearm dealer.
